For security reasons, please do not send us your credit card number by e-mail. On receiving your payment, we will immediately send you the tickets. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. If you order tickets for more than three events, you receive a discount of 10% on the ticket price. This offer is only valid for orders placed at the above ticket offices by 20 August 2004. Schoolchildren, students, apprentices, young men doing military service or community service as an alternative to military service, unemployed people, pensioners as well as the severely disabled are entitled to a reduction of the ticket price. Please present valid identification at the entrance without being asked. The prices given are final ticket prices including system fees and a 10% sales charge. Please note that different ticket offices may charge higher fees for packaging and postage. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged even when an order has only been partly fulfilled. Programmes, casting, dates and venues are generally subject to alteration. Alterations to casting or programme do not entitle the buyer to return tickets. Only when an event is cancelled can the price of the tickets be reclaimed within two months. This will be refunded on presentation of the tickets at the office where they were bought. Tickets in the low-priced category may be for seats with a restricted view of the stage. Cameras or other technical equipment may also block the view. Absolutely no audiovisual recordings or photographs are permitted, even when intended for private use only. Picture and sound material may be confiscated if this rule is violated. Late admission is only possible during the intermission.
