On 28 August, Istanbul’s star chef Mehmet Gürs, young and highly creative, will present his view of Turkey’s culinary riches as a complementary event to the conference »How Far Does Europe Extend?« On 29 August, putting theory into practice, he and his team will prepare for guests at Schloss Neuhardenberg’s restaurant »Brennerei« a buffet worlds beyond köfte, kebab and döner.
